Concert by Orchird park Secondary School & Admiralty secondary School.

Date:5th sept
Venue: Admiralty secondary School
Duration:2Hrs
Time:6pm-8pm
Cost of the ticket :F.O.C!(this 3 letter is loved by most singaporeans!)
Place to meet: Boots & shoes
Time to meet:5.15pm
What to wear: Normal clothes

Well the details above is confirmed
but the ending time of the Exchange with the Hua yi
is not comfirm.So we MIGHT not make it to this concert...

There will be a final rehearsal for the speech day tomorrow.
Sec 1s and 2s please meet outside AVA room and prepare to set up.
The door will open at 1pm.

Please go in and do the followings:
1. Put down ur bags in one corner with ur uniform at the side.
2. Set up ur instruments. Take one music stand(Don't set up).
3. Put your instrument at one corner of ur room.
4. All of you go to the hall and look for Uncle Khrisna.
5. Set up chairs down at the parade square.
6. At around 2.15pm, we will go down to the parade square and warm up.
7. Woodwinds will go down (first), put their instruments and come up to help the percussions.
8. Brasses also try to help. Some of you can help to arrange the chairs properly and help the woodwind to set up their stands.

Sec 2s: Take Charge. Sec 3s dismissed at 1.35pm. (I gt exam btw...)

Things to bring:
1. Full uniform including tie, socks, shoes
2. Music file. With all the songs pocketed side by side.
3. Clips. To clip ur score. Very Important.
4. Consent forms.
*any more things, tag at the tagboard to remind each other*

Things to bring down:
1. Stands
2. Files
3. Clips
4. Instrument
5. I recommend (clip along with ur file)
